This committee is chaired by the President. Its responsibility include receiving and coordinating all incoming invitations to the association, planning special events such as arranging for speakers on topics of interest as requested by the Association membership, notifying the association membership of all incoming invitations and how these invitations are honored and providing regular committee updates to the Executive Board and general membership.
