This committee is chaired by the President. It’s responsibility include receiving and coordinating all incoming invitations to the association, planning special events such as arranging for speakers on topics of interest as requested by the Association membership, notifying the association membership of all incoming invitations and how these invitations are honored and providing regular committee updates to the Executive Board and general membership.
If deemed necessary, some members of the Association may be asked to represent the association at certain community events, as agreed upon by this committee.
